Orders are closing March 7 so I can get caught up!

The website does not yet reflect coming changes, but… I will no longer be offering one layer collars unless the neck size is below 14”. Heart Dog does not charge extra for a double layer collar regardless of size! There is only an upcharge if you want an added border treatment such as crystals, spots, or a combination. I have not yet had time to update the site to reflect this change, but expect that any collars will NOT be made single layer if they are over 14”. There are several reasons why I will no longer make the larger collars in one layer. One, I want you to have a good value for your money! In my opinion, a single layer collar on a large dog is just not going to wear as well. Two, hair gets caught in the reverse side of the collar on single layers because of the rivets. Even when hammered flat, these are going to “grab” hair and can potentially irritate the skin. Three, your collar is going to look better and last longer with a base that is separate from the design panel.
